If you have purchased an item from our online store, you can return it through your account. To return an item, log into your account on our website and select “My Orders.” Then, find your order and click on “Return Items.” You will find the instructions to download the return shipping label and to drop off/ schedule a pickup.
We will process your return according to our return policy mentioned above. As soon as we open the return, we will send you a confirmation email that it has been processed. However, unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to confirm the arrival of a return package. In this regard, we advise you to return your order through a tracked post to ensure that we have received it. You can use your tracking number to determine if we have received your return parcel safely.

Yes, you can exchange an incorrect ring size that you may have purchased from our store online within 5 days of the purchase. Make sure you have the receipt, which will allow you to exchange it with the right size.

Once your item is dispatched, it can take between 1 and 12 days to reach you, depending on your location. We use a fully tracked delivery service provider that offers door-to-door delivery so you can easily keep track of your order.
We dispatch all orders as quickly as we can. However, if you are ordering an item that you need by a certain date, make sure to mention it in the notes field at the time of placing your order. We will do our best to deliver it to you in time. Please note that our bespoke jewelry pieces take 4-6 weeks to complete from the time you place your order.
When you place your order on our website and process it, we will share the order tracking ID/number with you. You can use it to stay informed about the progress of your order on the order tracking site.
If you are ordering from within the US, shipping on orders above $75 is free, and you are most likely to receive your order within 2-4 business days if you have selected standard shipping. For orders below $75, there is a shipping charge of $8. However, you can also opt for express shipping, which can cost you $15 and takes approximately 1-2 business days to reach you.
If you have placed your order on our website and wish to make changes, such as canceling or updating the shipping address, we request you reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we may be unable to cancel or update every order upon request, as our teams are working hard to dispatch your orders immediately.
Furthermore, for engraved and monogrammed jewelry pieces, once you place the order, we cannot cancel or update it.
If, for any reason, your order gets delayed and doesn’t reach you within the estimated shipping date, our customer representative will be in contact with you with an update within 24-48 hours. Updating you about your order is our top priority, and we appreciate your patience. You can always contact us via email or the website contact form for further questions.
First of all, we would like to apologize if that happens. Our staff meticulously packs each order by hand for shipping to avoid such an occurrence. However, if that still happens, you can email us your order number and a photo of the incorrect or defective piece, and we will be quick and happy to resolve it for you.
Our outer packaging is unbranded, as we don’t want to spoil your surprise. However, our shipping label will have our return address on it. We would advise you to get your parcel delivered to an alternative address if you would like to make it more discreet.
We try our best to get all orders delivered to our customers timely. However, we request you to confirm with our customer support staff if you want a jewelry piece by a certain date. Some pieces may take longer in production and, hence, take longer to be delivered to you. To avoid disappointment, we recommend you place an order timely and mention your delivery date in the comments section so that our teams are well-informed.
