Refund Policy

We are fully committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept the item for a refund or exchange. We ask no questions and charge no restocking fee.

Conditions To Qualify For A Return

To qualify for a return, you must meet the following conditions:
  • All items to be returned should be in unworn and unused condition and in their original packaging with original tags attached.
  • All returns are initiated within 5 days of receipt (item must be postmarked within a 5-day timeframe)
  • The items are complete if they are part of a set. An individual item from a set cannot be returned for a refund, size exchange, or store credit.
The following items cannot be returned:
  • Products that are engraved or have a monogram.
  • Any custom order.
  • Gift cards.
Furthermore, you can exchange diamond jewelry for diamonds, gold jewelry for gold, or take a gift voucher equivalent to the total amount of the invoice. In all cases, an exchange is only allowed once.
In any case, we do not offer a cash refund. In case there is a damaged product or a size issue in jewelry, you can exchange it by filing a refund claim. In this case, you can also be issued a coupon of the same value that can be used to shop from the store in the future.

How Can I Claim a Refund?

If you have purchased an item from our store and it meets the criteria for a refund, you can claim it through your user account. To file a refund, simply log into your account on our store and select “My Orders.” Then, find your order and click on “Claim Refund.” You will find the complete instructions to download the refund shipping label and schedule a pickup or drop-off.

Can I Return a Gifted Item?

You can return a gifted piece in exchange for store credit within the 5-day refund window that activates as soon as you receive/pick up the order. However, you must read the Refund Policy before making a claim to ensure that the gift items qualify for a return. If it does, you can send us an email requesting your return label.
When you email us, please make sure it includes the order number or the purchaser’s full name and email address, the address from where you will ship the items, and the email address associated with your store account. We will use it to process the store credit. If you don’t yet have an account, we advise you to create one now.

How Will I Know You Have Received My Refund?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we open your refund. However, it is processed as outlined in our refund policy, but unfortunately, we do not have the capacity or manpower to confirm the arrival of a package. We advise you to send your refund claim through a tracked post to ensure we have received it safely.
